Syringa Networks has released a new mobile app that enables customers to fully manage their networks from the convenience of their mobile phones and tablets. With the Syringa mobile app, customers can stay informed about their networks in real-time through push notifications as updates occur. Customer will proactively receive alerts as issues arise via the app. Additionally, customers can monitor the status of trouble tickets, communicate directly with support, and add notes to cases anytime from their homes or offices. Syringa Networks is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and the Syringa app is another resource customers can utilize to be informed and empowered in managing their services and network.

This is also the tenth consecutive year the company has received this designation. Syringa Networks was one of nine technology companies that made the list. The Idaho Private 100 is an annual event and publication that honors the top 100 privately held, Idaho companies ranked by annual revenue. This year a virtual event was held to reveal and celebrate the honorees.
